| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
Critical competencies: Business and profit oriented, driven by results, strategically developer, customer focus, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent sales abilities, strong people management and development skills;
Personality: Dynamic, innovative, creative, persuasive, proactive, enthusiastic and positive, good team player;
Experience: Relevant experience of 3/5 years in a similar position; preferably within an international hotel company;
Required Educational Level: University Degree in Economics; additional Sales and Marketing courses is an advantage;
Languages: English is a must, a second European language (French or German) is crucial;
Computer proficiency.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing and developing property sales programs to produce maximum level of profit for the hotel;
Initiates and coordinates marketing research in order to set up and develop the Sales Strategy/Plan;
Responsible for the proactive sales effort with all existing key accounts and with all potential accounts that are active and produce volume in out market;
Directs and supervises the activities of the sales (and service staff) in the promotion, booking and servicing of conventions, group, transient and banquet business;
Responsible for keeping constant contact with the Room Division, Reservations and Food and Beverage Departments to ensure that guests are handle in the best possible manner;
