| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Must be organized and capable of tracking many issues simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task and manage several initiatives at once
- 3+ years of experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS,DHTML, JavaScript
- Experience with web site design and user interface considerations
-Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work without close supervision

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This individual handles slicing layered Photoshop files, composing
HTML/CSS, and template integration with our Lead Generation System.
Troubleshooting is a required skillset. They will also be responsible
for managing the technical aspects of initiatives lasting a few days to
a couple months. Documentation, communication, project management, flash
development are all skills valued in this role.
