CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Previous experience working in the Sales Department within a Hotel or Tourism Agency;
- Exglish- advanced
- Driver licence Cat. B
- Proactive and organized person


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Hotel Ramada Brasov is opening an office in Bucuresti, in which we desire to form a sales team (mostly for Corporate and Individual accounts).
Some of the requierments are:
- Develops sales and marketing strategies
- Responsible for managing and developing the relationship with Travel Agencies &Tour Operators;
- Continuously identifies and approaches new corporate accounts;
- Maintains a relationships with the corporate clients;
- Negotiates contracts;
- Meets the sales' targets;
- Maintains very good knowledge of the market and competition;
- Produces reports regarding the sales activity.
