Software Developer

Required skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of programming experience - Working or Playing around by yourself with programming languages
[I let you name it from these ones: C/C++, Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, PHP, Java Script]
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/Development concepts and practices
• Strong analytic mindset, the ability to decompose complex problems into simpler components, and the ability to organize and track complicated project plans
Additional skills that we could give you a Bonus at the interview:
• Experience using version/change control systems (CVS, Perforce, ClearCase, Visual SourceSafe, etc.)
• Experience with Linux tools and concepts (shell scripting, vim)
• General understanding of networks and network programming techniques
• Previous experience working with iterative development methodologies, such as Extreme Programming, Scrum or Feature Driven Design

• Responsible for the developing software applications, mainly web based.
• We are working with the following frameworks: Spring and Ruby on Rails
• Also, we are dealing with the following technologies: Soap, Corba , Rest, MQ
• Will work in a Romanian team here in Bucharest, and will also communicate on constant bases with Korean and American developers, as you will be in the end part of a Global Distributed Team
• At least the first 3 weeks are dedicated for training (consolidating on the programming language & technologies we are using; understanding our Global platforms)
• The chance to work abroad (in the Chicago office) for different periods of time varying from 3 to 6 weeks
