| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Work/technical:
• Very good knowledge of C++ and Java; Pearl knowledge is considered an advantage
• Knows very well Windows and Unix and is familiar with the architecture of these programs
• Has experience of at least 1 year of work in the above mentioned programming languages (C/C++ & Java)
• Good knowledge of telecommunication technologies, phones and IP networks.
• Good understanding of the VoIP concept (for VoIP projects)
Soft skills:
• Has had previous experience of working in a team, developing software programs together with someone else
• Able to communicate eloquently and get his/her point across
• Is very serious and passionate about his/her work and is constantly trying to improve it
• Has a creative mind and is able to look at a problem from different perspectives in order to find the best solution to solve it
• Good command of the English language (both technical and conversational)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
The development of the project keeping in mind all the functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Work:
• Cooperates with the team leader in order to clearly define all the technical specifications of the project
• Develops software programs so that he/she is able to respond to the project requirements
• Tests the program/s and makes sure there are no bugs or functions that do not work properly
People:
• Works with other software developers (within a team) and together find the best solutions for the project
