CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A well organised person with excellent communication skills and command of English, together with a passion to "make a difference" in society. The candidate should ideally have a background in fund-raising, PR or marketing and feel comfortable with the charity's Christian ethos. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Fund raising/PR assistant to work with the Director of Finance/Fund-Raising, who will be moving to Romania from the UK and will directly support and manage this new post. Training will be given in all aspects of fund-raising. The post holder will be involved in the 2% campaign, event management, individual and corporate sponsorship and other areas of fund-raising. The post-holder will also assist the Finance/Fund-Raising Director with diary management, letter writing and travel arrangements etc. as well as maintaining the fund-raising database. |

Hospices of Hope is a well respected international hospice charity (NGO) which works through its partners (Hospice Casa Sperantei in Romania) to develop better care for terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice Casa Sperantei employs 120 staff in Brasov and Bucharest, and is seeking to expand its services in the capital. |
