Credit Control Manager for EMEA based in Prague CZ - Salary to 120,000 Kc

Requirements:

EU Passport or Valid working permission for the Czech Republic
Fluent or Native English - No Czech Language is required
University Degree
5 years experience management experience of a mid to large sized credit control team Demonstrated expertise in process analysis/ change management
Knowledge in working with database applications, Oracle and/or SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Excellent communication skills both internally across distances and externally with customers; ability to tailor the communications to the appropriate audience

Direct and in - direct management of a team of 20 to 25 Credit controllers and cash allocations staff within the EMEA region
Maintain a set of documented processes to support the application of cash receipts to appropriate customer accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and cash receipts to General Ledger and Accounts Receivable sub-ledger.
Maintain the customer database for the Oracle applications in countries supported.
Continuously work processes to drive improvement and achieve financial transformation goals.
Ensure adequate processes are in place to maintain controls and compliance with SOX defined processes.
Support the integration of current cash processes within EMEA to SAP which is currently being implemented by our client.
