| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in technical or economical field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing;
- Experience in supplier quality engineering or experience in supplier audits is a plus;
- Good command of spoken and written English; German is a plus;
- Good PC skills, skilled in Microsoft Office;
- Organizational skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills, team player; ability to influence others;
- Assertiveness, persuasive and communicative person, result orientation, customer focus.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Able to travel 20% of work time.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Consolidate and development of a strong supply base for Honeywell-Lugoj.
- Responsible for supplier performance measurement, analyse of supplier performance and communicate to the suppliers the results of performance measurement.
- Drive supplier performance improvement of key metrics regarding delivery, quality and cost.
- Develop specific action plans with suppliers and following the implementation.
- Become an expert on Supplier Quality Tools – assist with roll out, training and implementation of Supplier Quality tools for suppliers and factory contacts.
- Support efforts to realise cost savings opportunities.
- Initiate and organise audits to suppliers.
- Liaise effectively with Sourcing Team, Commodity Managers, other SQE’s, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers and Production Engineers.
- Some travel required.
