IT Administrator

Requirements:
-Technical university (Automation and/or Computers field preferred)
-Very good knowledge of hardware, software and networking ; medium level telecommunications knowledge
-About 2 years experience in similar position
-Programming skills
-Able to work independently, able to prioritize
-Excellent communication skills, quick learner
-Fluency in English

Job responsibilities / Job description:
Main Objectives:
-Ensure proper functioning of information systems
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, security and telecommunication systems
-Provide necessary support for daily activities to the users of the information systems

Main responsibilities
- Administrative role for the local area network
-Troubleshooting various issues for hardware, software, networking, printing, security and telecommunication systems
-Ensuring security of the data stored on the servers or otherwise according to valid policy
-Ensuring an appropriate quality of service from the service providers is achieved and propose/implement changes as found needed
-Ensuring that there are tools and reports available for all IT related costs and proposing/implementing changes as found needed
-Ensuring that proper policies are implemented and applied
-Being able to provide basic support for legacy applications

Additional responsibilities
-Act as part of international projects
-Make sure proper communication and information flow exists with corporate IT departments.


Special tasks
-technical support for customers at the country level, if needed
-act as part of European projects
-show organizing skills and team work capability
-additional tasks may be added according to business evolution
