Customer Service Representative

•Bachelors Degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred)
•Directly related experience in a similar position, logistics (invoicing, stocks)
•Good knowledge of economic principles
•Good knowledge of English languages
•Preferable WizCount knowledge.
•Strong problem solving, interpersonal
•Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
•Strong PC skills including both Access and Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

•Assuring proper effectiveness of stock items flow
•Complex orders services

Responsibilities:
•Efficient orders execution starting from order receiving to forwarding goods to customer
•Independent and responsible corespondence handling
•Responsibility for quality, rational implementing of quality policy
•Monitoring of payments from customers
•Invoicing

Basic description of position:
•Orders:
Booking
Confirmation based on offers submitted and orders received
Sending them to factories and recording them
Checking out the orders status (announce the person in charge of the account with issues about the delays)
Providing information for customers about current order status
•Invoicing / Deliveries / Stock:
Issuing of invoices (according to the requests of the Sales Manager’s or CSL of ECC division)
Preparing of shipping documents for the goods invoiced (re-routing directly from the customs the goods oversized or overloaded)
Monitoring of products stock levels, filling up to defined minimum level (established by the Sales Manager’s involved in keeping stocks)
•Payments:
Analysis of prepayments from customers or to third party suppliers (upon which their deliveries is based)
Analysing of payments received, intervention in case of delays
Inform the Country Sales Leader (CSL) or SM about delay in payments OVER 15 days after the payment date written on the invoice
•Preparing necessary reports
