HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

University degree

Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel recruitment and selection

Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel administration

Good knowledge of the Romanian Labour Legislation

Advanced PC skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good command of spoken and written English

Organization and communication skills, sense of earnestness and responsibility

Both results and people oriented

Quick learning and adaptability skills.

The company’s recruitment policy development and implementation; organization and participation to interviews; the development and upgrade of the recruitment and selection management system

Coordination of the relationships with the suppliers of recruitment services and mass-media

Management of the company’s online recruitment portal

Elaboration of the recruitment monthly reports

Performing the activities of personnel registration within the company (maintenance of the database and personal files)

Elaboration of papers necessary to hiring

Participation to activities of payroll and monthly statutory reports, and to registration and filling in of income tax statements

Updating the company’s organizational chart.
