Senior Engineer - Machine Architecture Leader

• Mechanical engineering or systems engineering
• Has led a team in fabricating and testing a mechanical or software system
• Ability to develop an effective project plan and control strategy for system development and verification.
• Hands-on, practical attitude
• Excellent communications within team, to his/her superiors, and to other groups in organization
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Ability to provide solutions, drive and influence others and impart a sense of urgency.

1. Leading the overall systems design for the measurement and correction subsystems for high-speed balancing of turbochargers
2. Leading the overall design for the measurement and correction subsystems
3. Maintaining overall and deployed requirements for the system and subsystems
4. Developing and documenting qualification criteria, acceptance criteria, and test results for the system and subsystems
5. Leading the development and documentation of maintenance requirements, procedures, and spares
6. Leading team to find optimal manufacturing source
