SAP Basis Expert

Education:
Bachelors in related field. Masters preferred
Experience:
• 4~5 years experience with SAP Basis development, implementation, and application maintenance.
• Knowledge of project management.

9. Must have strong knowledge in; log on load balancing, background jobs, monitoring spool requesting, online service system, workplace trace files, ABAP, Kernel, and daily system monitoring.

Overall SAP Basis operations including; process monitoring, optimization, performance improvement, and crisis management.
• Analyze, designs, develops, enhances, and implements SAP systems with emphasis in supporting Basis operations
• Guiding, supporting and mentoring of system development, customization/configuration and transferring process knowledge to team members.
• Participates in project planning sessions with customers, suppliers, and team members to review and refine business requirements, and assess feasibility of the solution or system enhancements.
• Provide support for ERP projects including; Security, Infrastructure, on-going R/3 implementation, etc.
• Makes complex modifications to existing systems and SAP modules in accordance to written specifications and industry standards.
• Facilitates or participates in regular project status meetings
