We are currently looking for a person to be for 1 year period a member of our HR Team.

- You have excellent communication and people skills

- You are a very organized, responsible and thorough person
- You have university studies in Social Sciences (e.g.: Psychology, Human Resources etc.)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in human resources field
- You are an excellent team worker, yet independent in managing your own projects
- You have very good knowledge of English
- You have very good computer skills (Office, internet)

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop recruitment projects from the identification of the candidate’s profile until the follow-up of the process
- Manage training process (training needs analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Build a strong relation with the internal clients and the external partners
- Ensure for internal communication
- Take part in specific events like job fairs
- Elaborate specific activity reports
- Ensure support for HR processes and projects (performance, evaluation, organizational development, university relations)
