CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University graduate (technical field prefered).
- Excellent knowledge of foreign languages (mainly GERMAN is a must; plus ENGLISH would be an advantage)
- Previous customer service experience is appreciated.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence to all levels.
- Analytical skills.
- Self motivated and able to demonstrate initiative both working autonomously or in teams.
- Professional attitude; finalizing actions and attention to details.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Receive and solve all customer enquiries, monitor customer orders;
- Provide information to customers regarding production and deliveries.
- Responsible to reach the standards of delivery (in terms of volume, quality and timeframe).
- Lead the rolling demand forecast.
- Communicate effectively at all levels with customers to ensure the best working relationships.
- Reports to Customer Desk Leader.
