Algorithm expert

• Experience in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or applied mathematics.
• Familiar with Balancing theory and with core technology (vibro-acoustics and rotor dynamics).
• Has written and documented an algorithm to describe a complex phenomena or control a complex system.
• Ph.D. or M.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or applied mathematics.
• Ability to provide solutions, drive and influence others and impart a sense of urgency.
• Hands-on and goals oriented person.
• Excellent communicator and team layer
• Fluent English.

• Leading the technical design of the algorithm for the balancing subsystem of a machine for high-speed balancing of turbochargers. The algorithm includes the quantification of unbalance and the subsequent required balancing correction.
• Developing product requirements that will reduce or minimize noise due to mechanisms.
• Seeks out information and techniques from outside sources (literature, industry, universities, internet).
• For low-speed and high-speed balancing, can easily understand the underlying equations and principles (e.g. matrix algebra) and explain them in simple terms to a non-expert.
• Ability to develop an effective project plan and control strategy for his own work.
