| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree
Significant work experience in training & development area, preferably as trainer
Excellent communication skills and customer focus
Teamwork and cooperation orientation
Self management, planning and organizing skills
Ms Office knowledge | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Assesses development needs together with direct supervisors and formulates appropiate development actions
Elaborates and manages the annual training & development budget for the assigned internal clients
Manages assigned training programs, according to the training & development master plan
Builds partnerships with external training providers
