Training & Development Responsible

 University degree
 Significant work experience in training & development area, preferably as trainer
 Excellent communication skills and customer focus
 Teamwork and cooperation orientation
 Self management, planning and organizing skills
 Ms Office knowledge

 Assesses development needs together with direct supervisors and formulates appropiate development actions
 Elaborates and manages the annual training & development budget for the assigned internal clients
 Manages assigned training programs, according to the training & development master plan
 Builds partnerships with external training providers
 Supports performance management system implementation within the assigned function or location
