Administrative Assistant

 University degree will be an advantage
 Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a diverse cultural environment
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
 Computer Knowledge: MS Office
 Excellent communication skills
 Self management, planning and organizing skills
 Analytical thinking and problem solving
 Teamwork and customer focus

 Administer the daily correspondence sent and received by RMX & Aggregates Director, both hard copy and electronic
 Manage and permanently update the meetings agenda
 Organize and participate in different meetings and draw up the minutes
 Prepare different documents and presentations when required
 Arrange the business trips for RMX & AGG department
 Organize RMX & AGG Director’s office, including documents administration
 Offer administrative support to RMX & AGG department
 Actively participate in organizing different events
