- Minimum 10 ani experientza ca Architect, de preferintza in proiecte de mare anvergura in domeniul hotelier sau cladiri turn de birouri
- Cunoshtintze superioare de Engleza scrisa shi vorbita
- Fluentza in AutoCAD, MS Office, computer skills
- Entuziasm shi apreciere pentru munca de specialitate
- Spirit de echipa shi probitate profesionala
- Capacitate de a lucra in mediu multinatzional
