Financial Assistant

Qualification Profile
 At least 1 year relevant accounting experience.
 University diploma in Economics.
 Work well under extreme pressure with tight timeframes.
 Able to process large volumes of information quickly.
 Accurate, reliable, self-confident and firm.
 Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
 Ability to communicate in Romanian and English.

Management of company accounts (imprest account, petty cash);
Follow up project work schedules, cash flow forecasts;
Collection of all documents and information related to the goods and services purchased by the company, including regional Offices;
Prepare Special request Reports when needed;
Coordination of procedural requirements between the Regional (project) Offices and the Accounting Departments (Mother Company);
Coordination with local accounting firm in accordance with all payroll related taxes and expenses;
Other taxes and fees notified by Accounts Department and accrued on behalf of the company;
Office expenses (Rents, telephone bills, electricity, water, natural gas, groceries, stationary);
Personnel reimbursements.

The Finance Assistant will be responsible to Finance and Accounts Department (Mother Company) in coordination with Hill Bucharest Financial Director.
