CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Job Description

As the Online Satisfaction Program Manager you are responsible for driving the strategy, implementation and administration of HP's online satisfaction tracking mechanism onto all HP's customer facing web sites, as well as administer data access and provide analytics based on web satisfaction information. This responsibility spans across Europe, Middle-east and Africa.

Job Tasks include

• Define the online satisfaction tracking strategy, tools and architecture with the Worlwide team
• Lead the development and implementation in EMEA of HP's online satisfaction tracking tools onto all customer facing web sites in EMEA. Ensure optimal tracking coverage
• Administer access rights and usage of satisfaction reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc analytics reporting to key internet services stakeholders
• Coordinate recurrent analytics reporting production across hp's EMEA business units and segment marketing


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or non-business/technical field of study
• Minimum three years internet or market research experience
• Fluency in English
• Track record of organizing successful projects
• Working with senior management
• Experience organizing and coordinating training activities
• Project management, ability to work autonomously
• Influence and persuasion
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Develop training modules and/or material for on-the-job training
