CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements
• Fluent English
• Graduate in Engineering, Finance and or Management
• At least one year of experience in Industrial Engineering and Quality fundamentals
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• Excellent Team player
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Participate in various projects pointed out by management
• Spread out and promote company corporate culture and fiscal discipline as would in its own business
• Cooperate fully during internal and external audits
• Escalate observed irregularities to direct superiors
• Comply with company ethical standards while executing daily functions

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description
• Develop template for process/volume/activity listing
• Conduct time study & set standard time for each volume
• Get validation and sign-off on standard sign off from operation
• Develop volume tracking template
• Implement the volume tracking template
• Conduct Inflow Volume / Utilization / Efficiency / Loss Analysis
• Calculate HC requirement & recommend it
• Get sign off on recommended HC
• Analyze the time study revisit request
• Check Compliance of Activities to SOW
• Conduct Time Study & Calculate STD. Time
• Get Validation & Signoff on revisits
• Identify input, process and output defects
• Calculate sigma level and process capability
• Categorization of Activities into COP, COQ & COUU Buckets
• Get sign-off on sigma level and cost bucketing
• Develop & implement template to capture same
• Conduct value stream/process map
• Understand the current sigma/IPO metrics
• Prepare list of all metrics
• Support in need assessment and standardization of sigma metrics
