CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Our ideal candidates have the following minimum Requirements:

• Graduates or students in terminal years with Accounting —
Finance background;
• No experience required! If exists, will be highly appreciated;
• Advanced written and spoken English and French skills;
• Customer oriented;
• MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel and Word);
• Numbers abilities;
• Well organized, self-dependent, flexible persons, able to exercise
independent judgment, proactive;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Exposure to SAP will be considered a strong plus.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Through understanding of the HP project business, our new team members will provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services Management, Project Managers and other customers, as requested.
Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP policies and processes.
The job also means responsibilities regarding the order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting.

• Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher
posting, checking of data quality);
• Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking);
• Maintaining and tracking project financial;
• Sales order booking;
• 3rd party purchasing process;
• Invoicing;
• Financial reports analysis;
• Forecasting, reporting — data preparation;
• Participation in teleconferences regarding project status meetings;
• Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project;
• Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies.
