RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
YOUR ROLE
You are assisting the Center Manager of the EMEA Credit and Collections Department - a business unit growing up to more than 120 employees in the next months to come. Operations has started a month ago, therefore a flexible and proactive engaged assistant will receive a challenging role in shaping all administrational and supportive duties. Your engagement drives forward internal national and external international relationships and also impacts the face of the Romanian activities within the entire region.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You perform general administrative support tasks involved in the organization. This includes assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for your manager as well as by occasion of all engaged Supervisors, answering/screening telephone calls, preparing expense reports, reviewing reporting lines, establishment/editing presentations, making travel arrangements and organizing meetings internal and external, distributing mail, greeting/escorting visitors, assisting new employees, duplicating, and other established general administrative tasks (coordinating office supplies). Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company.
YOUR PROFILE:
Your career has progressed through various assistance functions – supporting business units of international companies or of a local company with strong international relationships for at least five years. You are able to communicate both oral and written excellent in English, Romanian; any other West-European additional language knowledge is a good asset. We require good PC-skills in handling Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as well as Internet tools. You are able to work under pressure and not loose focus on your priorities and multiple tasks in a demanding, lively and open atmosphere.
