RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible to overview and manage the daily logistic delivery execution provided by the Logistics Service Provider (s) (Forwarders) to meet the agreed upon service levels.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for:
• Ensuring the correct and on-time deliveries to end customers and channel partners within the existing logistics network, with the quality expected from HP's customers.
• Approval of expedited shipments validating need and minimizing cost.
• Daily supervision of the delivery performance.
• First point of contact for incident management.
• Daily management of shipments that have exceeded SLA (Shipped not delivered report) for their area of responsibility.
• Interfacing with depots, factories, consolidation hubs and forwarders.
• Aiming at achieving highest external and internal customer satisfaction.
• Support of PSG Supply Chain and Platform logistics POR.
• Checking of Status Code Quality and timeliness to ensure accurate visibility within SCOUT data base.
• Logistics Operational support of Volume Direct and C.O Route to Markets.
• Coordination of the Reverse Logistic process ensuring SLA's are met.
• Shipment Escalation resolution.
• Consistent and continuous communication to supply chain and order management groups.
