The International End-user Verification Specialist works in a European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. Our environment is dynamic and characterized by high customer focus, speed, change, and constant evolution.
Job Description
End-User Verification (EuV) is a process to ensure that discounted products supplied via the special pricing process are passed on to the End user specified on this Order Processing guideline (OPG) and do not leak onto the Grey Market. In order to maintain HP's quality standards and to maintain customer satisfaction, HP is carrying out End user verification to counteract: Grey Marketing and misuse of the special pricing.
EuV Specialist main tasks:
- Review cases of suspected fraud.
- Perform EuV checks.
- Track and report EuV result / status.
- Partner communication (includes Request / Reminder / Result).
- Stakeholder communication and open actions follow up.
- Propose follow up actions on consequences for failures.
- Ensure data quality (EuV result / follow up actions).
- Document and regularly report the status.
Profile were looking for:
Fluent in GERMAN and ENGLISH, both written and spoken.
Excellent analytical skills.
Previous work experience in a customer facing environment.
University Degree in Business or equivalent.
Strong team player.
Ability to manage diversity.
Excellent communication skills.
Solution oriented.
Conflict resolution skills.
PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
