HP Credit and Collection is a professional services organization providing world class credit and AR management solutions to HP’s businesses, enabling growth while protecting profitability.
Responsibilities:
- achieve monthly results
- report progress on an ongoing basis
- learn partner’s infrastructure, processes, contacts
- document collections in a centralized system
- build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- follow company and department policies and processes
- identify causes of problems and recommend solutions
- communicate issues to the partners and facilitate the dialogue until their resolution
Your profile:
- fluency in English (second language is advantage), both written and spoken;
- economical Background (not mandatory)
