CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Critical competencies
• Relevant University degree
• At least 3 years of experience in sales with strong focus on Public sector
• Fluent English
• Experience in selling solutions to customers in Public Sector of Romania
• Good overview of the Romanian solution provider specifically for the Government sector (tax system, cadastre solutions)
• Knowledge of IT and vertical solutions for Government sector
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Team-player, flexible, quick-learner

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Key responsibilities
• Understand the customer's business, and strategizing system integration solutions that meet the customer's business needs
• Cooperate with the account team providing the content expertise
• Participate in Account Plan development and review, i.e., strategy, resources, financials, etc for the assigned set of Accounts
• Develop SI led solution strategies, deliver complex SI engagements
• Create ongoing and growing customer relationships at the executive level up to C-level
• Provide long term SI portfolio management to the client by acting as the trusted advisor.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Managers for achieving business growth, financial targets and customer satisfaction
• Acts as single point of contact to the HP Enterprise Sales Force (ESF) account teams and customers for all Systems Integration (SI) business
