Responsibility:
• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Minimum 5 years of practical work, people and process experience in a similar position (more than 5 a plus).
• Business process operation experience.
• Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss
• Very well organized
• Ability to handle complex and start-up environment
• Able to perform in multinational environment
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results
• Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving
• Fluent English involvement

Job description

To ensure service delivery in the business within the agreed resource norms to meet and exceed customer expectations by enabling ongoing people and process capability and building appropriate systems. Operationalise the HP culture and build a high performance environment

• Develop overall process delivery strategy
• Planning and reporting framework creation to allow execution of business strategy
