Manager of Laboratory

- biological or medical education - master degree as minimum
- managerial skills of at least 3 years
- very good knowledge of laboratory practice and good manufacturing practice
- strong personality

Chosen candidate will work for young and dynamic medical company operating in the CEE region. Company employes today up to 60 people in Romania.

- manages all laboratory activities in term of legislation and proper operating practice
- responsibility for working position engagement, training and professional growth of laboratory staff
- prepares activity plans, monitor and verify fulfillment of the plan
- ensure processing, examination and storage of products with minimizing the possibility of contamination
- ensure proper identification of product units
- cooperates with external suppliers, if needed
- participate in quality control program
- cooperates with vendors
- participates on a creation and updating of the GMP
- responsible of a good laboratory equipment condition and maintenance
- responsible for lab safety
- responsible for lab waste management and decontamination
- communicates with authorities, when needed
- prepares budgets and plans
- cooperates with other departments
- propose improvements and innovations
- responsible for client's documentation
