- P&L, revenues registration, cost control responsibility
- participation on a company strategy definition
- budgeting and financial planning
- reporting to mother company
- proposals for improvements of cash flow, cost control, assets management and financial ressources usage
- compliance responsibility
- knowledge of relevant legislation
- ad-hoc analysis and statistics
- responsibility for financial policies and procedures
- responsibility for maximizing of ROI
- implementation of financial and accounting software
- communication with authorities, auditors and advisors
- responsibility for recruitment and development of financial department staff
