Country manager for Romania

- university degree of 2nd level (Mgr, Dr, Ing, etc.) of medicine, veterinary, pharma, chemistry, biology
- experience of team management of 5 to 8 people at least (direct subordinates)
- experience with definition (and proven track record) of company and sales strategy
- experience with development of sales activities
- experience with sales in pharma/medical sector is a big advantage
- knowledge of relevant local legislation
- dunamic and autonomous
- high level of organizational and coordination skills
- strategic thinker
- independent, responsible, able to solve any kind of problems
- loyal (proven track record)
- flexible with general overview
- efficient people manager
- FMCG (health, nutrition and/or supplements) experience can be also accepted

- management of branch in Romania (up to 60 employees)
- participation on a strategy definition for a company
- development of a team
- management of a sales team
- responsibility for administrative and organizational leadership of the branch
- communication with authorities in healthcare and medical field
- cooperation with partners influencing the public opinions in medical field and in the field of all company activities
- negotiation with business partners, hospital directors, contracts preparation
- cooperation with mother company, with managers within the company and the sales team
- proposals for improvements
