| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate will have:
- Advances English language knowledge
- University degree
- Strong experience in sales (preferably FMCG)
- Driving license
- PC knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Selling skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player attitude
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
He/she will be responsible for developing sales of the company products and all related sales activities to designated strategic or Key Accounts in the Detergents and Cosmetics Division.
In this position, he/she will be in charge of:
- Negotiation of the contracts with major/key customers, operating at a senior level in the organisation
- Development of key account within the company’s strategy
- Managing and developing a relationship with the Key Account
- Signalising, controlling, proposing sales development and marketing strategies
- Maintains a watching brief on developments within customers’ organisations which may affect future business
- Sales estimation
- Cooperation with the rest of the sales team and with the headquarter
- Co-ordination of promotion activities
- Targets achievement
