Head of Security - Real Estate Development Industry

On behalf of our client, a real estate asset management and development company, we are looking for an experienced Head of Security.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong background in a similar position;
- Security management certification is offered through many vocational schools and colleges and could also be required;
- Strong coordination skills;
- Analytical, structured and professional.

- Head of Security will coordinate the security teams that manage the assets and personal protection of the General Manager and the managerial staff;
- Responsibility for global and enterprise-wide information security; he/she is also responsible for the physical security, protection services and privacy of the corporation and its employees;
- Oversees and coordinates security efforts across the enterprise, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, to identify security initiatives and standards;
- Management includes hiring, training, and coordinating work schedules of all security personnel to ensure a secure environment at all times.
