Head for Software Development team


What would you do?

You will….

…envision change by constantly innovating and adapting to the conditions;
…focus on where the organization is going and emphasize possibilities and probabilities;
… act as entrepreneur, permanently prospecting for opportunities and new resources that may be added to your team
…develop a strategic direction and continuously improve the current activities and portfolio of projects
… be a representative for your subordinates, working as a intermediary between the your team and upper management
…manage and mentor developers, delegate tasks, and ensure target dates and quality objectives are met
…make organizational decisions and handle a variety of problems that arise on a daily basis
…be responsible for all process changes and implementation


And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team

If you have (requirements):

…at least 3 years of experience as manager of software team
…very good understanding of all Software Development Life Cycles
…the ability to see possibilities in both structured and unstructured side of things;
…the social skills to establish a web of both internal and external relationships;
…very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards
…graduated a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc)
…excellent communication skills
…willingness to learn
…able to work independently, highly (self-) motivation
…relationship building skills
…excellent English (speak, write, read)
