REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER

Take a lead role managing a team of consultants from site identification, negotiation of acquisitions, managing the planning process and construction phase right through to handover
• Negotiation of acquisitions in close partnership with senior management
• Identify and prioritise the project brief together with all time and cost constraints
• Appoint key consultants as required based on predetermined criteria
• Establish lines of responsibility and communication
• Review and manage the funding arrangements, tax implications, grants etc.
• Advise on the appropriate form of procurement and contractual arrangement
• Programme the sequence, duration and dependency of every operation to ensure that each project milestone or objective is identified and targeted
• Actively manage the tender process
• Co-ordinate and manage the project team
• Constantly monitor the actual progress against programme and adjust the sequencing, durations and dependencies whilst keeping the overall goals in vision ensuring the end delivery of the project within the desired time limitations
• Arrange the correct procedures for handover including the co-ordination of inspections etc.
• Monitor the agreement of the final account
