EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT

Our client is "KM Trust & Partners"- the first Romanian Executive Search Company member of one of the top ten worldwide execute search networks and, is looking for a high caliber professional that would like to assume the role of EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT.

If you are a senior professional already holding:
- an University degree (economists, engineers are mostly welcomed, MBA degree would be considered a plus)
- proven people management experience (at least 1 year of middle management),
- ease at interacting with others
- a consultative stile developed especially in a corporate environment
- at least 3 years in B2B, with Client Management, Project Management, Team Leader and Business Development Experience

1.Manages client relationship, interviews candidates, manages projects/assignments;
2.Sells company’s services and maintain good relationship with all existing clients;
3.Promotes the company’s services through specific sales methods and educates market in order to create needs
