Senior Audit

Undergraduate degree in accounting, master’s degree in accounting and/or undergraduate or master’s degree and has achieved/ in progress to achieve the certification.

3 years experience working as an auditor for the senior position,

Different courses and degrees in accounting, auditing (ACCA, CECCAR, Chamber of Financial Auditors and others)

Excelent knowledge of people management

Good analytical skills and oriented on the results

Flexible person with good communication skills

English – advanced level

Serves as a trusted business adviser by providing client management value-added advice related to the client’s needs

Provides concise and well-written reports

Supervises the team members

Provides on job training to the team members and guidance when needed

Continuously challenges the audit approach and looks for improvements

Monitors the time spent on the engagements and advices for possible overruns

Communicates to managers any issues or potential issues in due time

Client:
Maintains a good relationship the client
Prepares memoranda, working papers, and other documents in conjunction with serving the client

People:
Fosters teamwork by maintaining cooperative relationships with client engagement teams contributing to positive work environments, facilitating the resolution of conflicts, sharing information, and accepting and providing constructive feedback
