| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Construction engineer or architect
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Knowledge of specific legislation
- Knowledge of Ms. Project would be an advantage
- English proficient
|
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Organize tenders in order to choose the design and building companies
- Analyze proposals, negotiate and take decisions
- Evaluate the project in terms of cost, quantities, and time
- Responsible with obtaining the authorization papers for the construction works
- Manage the working process, and make sure that the project terms are being respected
