Logistics and Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a professional who knows how to coach and manage a team, and how to keep best practice in the relationship with clients (dealers) and service providers.
The main requirements are:

More than 3 years experience in logistics
Experience in a coordinating /management position
Previous experience in logistic companies is a strong plus
Customer orientation and excellent communication abilities
Excellent coaching and team management skills
Understanding of economic and financial activities
Knowledge of business and management principles
University degree
Fluency in English
Very good PC skills

Organize and manage an efficient Logistic & Customer Service Department

Identifies the development needs of his team and coaches them in order to improve their knowledge and skills
Supervises the activity of subcontractors
Control all processes provided by third party service providers
Manages the relation with the sales department, transportation companies and with the distribution chain
Determines logistic support sequences and time phasing
Resolves problems arising from location and operational area
Controls distribution costs
Supervises and coordinates activities of team members engaged in customer service activities (such as: resolve complaints and answer questions of customers regarding services)
