| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 2 years experience in services sales
- Superior studies finalized
- Good knowledge and understanding about Romanian business environment
- Proactive and results orientated
- Excellent people skills
- Proficient in English
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Prospecting activities (identifying potential clients, classifying them, research on prospects etc)
- Planned approach to target new customers
- Delivering presentations to potential clients
- Promoting all HART HR consulting services
- Drawing proposals and contracts for potential clients
- Negotiating contracts with potential clients an closing the deals
- Involvement in HR consulting projects -occasionally (ie assessment centres)
- Meeting and exceeding annual sales budgets
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and networks |
