| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
College degree
Has to know the basics about UCT practices and policies
Basic knowledge about the CORE system
Good knowledge about SQL, PHP
Good knowledge about system implementation and data base administration
2 year programming experience
Competencies:
Ability to pay attention to details and work under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal skills & team spirit skills;
Good English verbal and writing communication skills;
Computer knowledge (using MS Office, Visio);
Openness to changes & pro-active;
Creative skills, initiative and flexibility;
Good analytical thinking;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
QMS Maintenance
o Bugs correction
o Products setup and administration
o Processes estup and administration
o Functionalities testing
QMS Development
o Identify developments needed, based on internal clients requirements
o KPI calculation including graphics
o Calculation of non-quality cost
o Reports
QMS Users support
o Users Trainings
o Answer users' requests
o Non-standard reporting
Quality responsibilities as per W010 procedure
Any other tasks received from direct superior, business related
All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force
Cooperation with:
Organization & Procedures department employees
Interact directly with those involved in improvement activities
Process owners
