| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Sales experience in services field of minimum 2 years
- University degree- Major in Economics preferably
- Good knowledge and understanding about Romanian business environment
- Proficient in English
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft office)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Prospecting activities (identifying potential clients, classifying them, research on prospects etc)
- Delivering presentations to potential clients
- Promoting all HART HR consulting services
- Drawing proposals and contracts for potential clients
- Negotiating contracts with potential clients an closing the deals
- Involvement in HR consulting projects -occasionally (ie assessment centres)
- Meeting monthly sales targets
