HARDWARE ENGINEER (Timisoara)

5 years experience with hardware design of automotive electronics
Advanced knowledge of embedded electronics hardware engineering
Advanced knowledge and understanding of electronics hardware design tools for schematics capture, layout and simulation
Knowledge of PCB technologies
Good understanding of automotive electronics manufacturing
Good presentation preparation and delivery skills
Experience with instrument cluster design and manufacturing
Experience with smart junction boxes and body electronics design
Experience with EMC and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST etc) protocols
German, French or Japanese would be a bonus

Hardware design and development of instrument clusters and electronic control units.
- Design and draw electronic schematics using Yazaki standard tools.
- Design and route PCB layouts using Yazaki standard tools.
- Prepare hardware test plans
- Participate in DFMEA activities
- Perform Worst Case Analysis calculations
- Interface and communicate with other participating hardware engineering organizations (Yazaki and outsourcing).
