Waste Storage Facilities Designer

Minimum BSc degree in Civil Engineering or closely related subject areas
At least 3 years of experience in general civil engineering, particularly in design standards and preferably with knowledge of specific EU and Romanian regulations (such as for waste landfills). Knowledge of FIDIC rules is an advantage.
English language skills: medium/advanced level

The position will carry the following responsibilities:

Managing design for engineering projects, particularly for waste management (infrastructure and equipment), from feasibility studies to the preparation of tender contract documents for the constructor.
Preparing and revising projects (including drawings) for transfer stations, treatment facilities (sorting, composting), landfills (landfill cells, leachate collection & treatment system, gas collection and disposal/reuse etc)
Providing engineering technical support to environmental consultancy projects
Supervision of construction works for waste management projects
