| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Halcrow Romania is currently looking for an HR and Accounting Assistant to join our team based in Bucharest.
-Human Resources Inspector certification;
-Accountancy studies- mid-level;
-Knowledge of the HR legislative norms in force;
-Knowledge/be familiar with salary and accounting softwares;
-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
-Intermediate knowledge of the English language;
-Proactive, hardworking, team spirit;
-Excellent communication and interrelationship skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Issues and checks for compliance all HR paperwork required by Romanian legislation and company procedures according to the internal quality system;
-Responsible for timely registration and submission of HR paperwork to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate;
-In charge with monthly payroll rolling out [keeps evidence of timesheets, joiners and leavers, annual/medical leaves, pay rises, bonuses etc]
-Maintains permanent contact with all Labour-related state authorities [ANOFM, INS etc], Financial Administration, Unemployment Territorial Office and Health Insurance State Company;
-Keeps evidence of fixed assets and runs periodical controls;
-Issues, submits and checks for compliance the company’s statutory declarations regarding state budget contributions [salaries, VAT etc];
-Support in managerial reporting.
