Highways and Bridges Senior Project Manager

Halcrow's Transportation Department currently seeks for a full time Senior Project Manager in Bucharest who is primarily responsible for highways and bridge project management in conformity with the applicable legislation and with the Halcrow internal systems.

The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
• University degree from the Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges;
• Advanced knowledge of MOSS, Autocad, Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of English spoken and written;
• Professional experience 10-15 years in roads/highways or bridges design - Technical verifier certification would be a plus;
• Solid knowledge of project management - Project management certification would be a plus
• Excellent skills in project management and proven record of successful delivery to beneficiaries;
• Ability to train and coach staff members on technical topics;
• Ability to lead and motivate teams;
• Experience in technical offer writing;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Flexible attitude, proactive, team spirit, organizational capacity, extended intellectual effort capacity.

- Bids preparation
- Transport projects management
- Maintains permanent contact with the relevant parts of the mother company.
