German Technical Helpdesk Agent - Part time

- Fluency in the language he/she applies for is a must. A good level of English or French
is also mandatory
- Average technical skills: software and hardware
- Interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
- Dedicated, ambitious and motivated by this kind of work and committed to his/hers
objectives

- He/she works as company representative in relation with customers and uses support
systems and technical functional knowledge to remotely resolve technical issues
- He/she solves the queries of the customers for the company’s products (Hercules &
Thrustmaster) by offering solutions that respect the existing quality and efficiency
standards
- He/she treats customer queries via phone and/or E-Mail in accordance with the
internal existing procedures
