CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Call Center and supervision of a team of 10 Technical Support Representatives
- Is responsible for monitoring quality, productivity, operational issues and maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Assists with all aspects of staff development including recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation and corrective action
- Recommends improvements in programs and procedures to simplify or maximize efficiency, working closely with the Top Management based in France. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Knowledge of effective Call Center Techniques
- Excellent understanding of the basics of the Customer Satisfaction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to make operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Leadership skills
- Technical Background - very good knowledge in Hardware
- English is mandatory - French or German a plus |
