| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT&C diploma would be considered a plus);
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively work under pressure;
- Proficient in English;
- PC literate (Word, Excel- incl. complex formulas). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Responsible for internal and external files management; ensures that records are kept up to date and accurate in order to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Department;
- Serves as a resource person to the Operations Management Team in procedural aspects of files management;
- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties which include but are not limited to: deliver several situations and reports, translations (English- Romanian, Romanian – English), schedule appointments/ manage calendar for Operations Manager, arrange travel schedule and reservations when needed;
- Develops a direct and positive working relationship with all team leaders and maintains sound communication with team members;
- Support for team leaders in all day-to-day activities and processes;
- Pursue professional development opportunities. |
